General Notes for John Freeman
John and his second wife, Elizabeth lived in Bucks Co., PA and later moved to Chester Co., PA. He seems to have been one of the most active and devoted members of the Friends Society at Bradford since his name occurs repeatedly in the minutes from 1737 to 1747. John and his second wife Elizabeth had no children. His second wife was Elizabeth Buffington Collins, widow of Peter Collins and daughter of Richard Buffington. They were married in October of 1734/35.
