Registered for WWI draft in 1918. Father was listed as Augustus Fredric Bigham and wife as Maudie May Cox. He listed his mother's maiden name as "Steine" on the California Death Index. The 1900 census show an Otis Cox living with grandfather James R Cox, born 11/1818 in TN but the birthdate for Otis is 9/1899 in IN and his father as Alexander Cox born in IN.
